According to Wacotrib.com:

A 40-year-old man was killed and a 24-year-old man was injured early Wednesday when their pickup struck a tree after swerving to miss a wild hog in Robertson County, officials said. Scott Ronald Worley, of Bullard, Texas, was driving a 2008 Ford pickup north on Farm-to-Market Road 46 near Franklin when he lost control of the vehicle about 12:30 a.m. Worley was pronounced dead at the scene, a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman said. His passenger, John Demorrow, of Franklin, was taken to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. The DPS spokesman said he was in “stable” condition late Wednesday, but no further information was available. Both men were laborers. Each was wearing his seat belt.

If someone you know was injured or killed as the result of a vehicular accident, immediately contact a competent attorney for advice. It is extremely important to do this quickly.
