San Antonio Rollover with Big Rig
A 21-year-old man who died early Sunday in a rollover accident on the city’s East Side has been identified, according to Bexar County officials. According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office, Calvin Carmichael died when the maroon Ford F-150 he was driving collided with the front left side of an 18-wheeler. The impact of the crash caused the pickup to overturn and come to rest on the shoulder of E. Loop 1604 S. at FM 3465, a Bexar County Sheriff’s Office media release confirms. The St. Hedwig man was the only man who occupied the Ford truck and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
